HDP IT Services was founded by Henry Poppelwell with a simple mission: to give small businesses in the North East access to the same high level of IT strategy and support that large corporations enjoy.
After a career in senior IT roles responsible for the security and reliability of business-critical systems, including as Senior Systems Administrator at Cintra HR and Payroll services and various engineering and management positions at Accenture, Henry saw a clear gap in the market. Small businesses were often left with slow, reactive IT support from providers who lacked deep expertise in modern cloud and security technologies.
