Henry’s background is rooted in the high-stakes world of enterprise IT. During his tenure at global consultancy Accenture, he delivered critical technical projects for major institutions including the NHS, Dyson, and Accenture itself. Later, as Lead Systems Administrator for Cintra HR and Payroll Services, he managed the security and reliability of business-critical infrastructure holding sensitive financial data.
It was in these demanding roles that Henry identified a significant gap in the market: ambitious SMEs were frequently relying on slow, reactive IT support from local providers who lacked the expertise to navigate today’s complex cloud and security challenges.
