Henry’s background is in the high-stakes world of enterprise IT. At major companies like Accenture and later managing the vital systems for Cintra HR and Payroll Services, his focus was always on ensuring the absolute security and reliability of business-critical infrastructure. It was in these demanding roles that Henry saw a clear gap in the market: small businesses were being left with slow, reactive IT support from providers who simply lacked the expertise for today’s cloud and security challenges.
