Our Story

HDP IT Services was established by Henry Poppelwell with a clear mission: to provide UK businesses with the same high level of IT strategy, security, and infrastructure support that large corporations enjoy.

Henry’s background is rooted in the high-stakes world of enterprise IT. During his tenure at global consultancy Accenture, he delivered critical technical projects for major institutions including the NHS, Dyson, and Accenture. Later, as Lead Systems Administrator for Cintra HR and Payroll Services, he managed the security and reliability of business-critical infrastructure.

It was in these demanding roles that Henry identified a significant gap in the market: growing companies were frequently relying on slow, reactive IT support from providers who lacked the expertise to navigate today’s complex cloud and security challenges.
